The learned counsel for petitioner submits that he wish to avail alternate remedy of revision. Permission granted. Present writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to file revision before the Revisional Court. If the revision is filed within four weeks from today and if it is accompanied with the application for condonation of delay , the learned Court below to consider the said application sympathetically considering the relevant provisions of the Limitation Act.
