On 09.12.2022 while issuing notice, the respondent No.2(a), (b), (c) and 2(e) were permitted to serve by private mode of service. However, notices received back with endorsement that the above referred respondents do not reside at the given address. Therefore, the petitioners were permitted to serve through the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2(a), (b), (c) and 2(e) before the trial Court. However, after verification it was revealed that no lawyer is representing to the above referred respondents before the trial Court.

In the said backdrop, the present application came to be filed for service to the above referred respondents by substituted service.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1).
