Learned Adv. Mr. S.P. Bhandarkar for the applicant submits that since he is challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.8, Nagpur, dated 4th March, 2015, he wishes to file a Revision. He, therefore, requests for permission to withdraw the present application.

Permission is granted.

Learned counsel submits that the Revision will be filed within two weeks from today. If the revision is filed within two weeks and is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, it is expected from

the learned Revisional Court to decide the same in accordance with law.

With this, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn.
