At the request of the parties, the proceedings were referred to the Mediator. Report has now been submitted by the Co-ordinator stating therein that the said mediation has been successful and the parties have amicably resolved their disputes. Copy of the Joint Compromise Pursis dated 21.09.2018 signed by the parties, their learned counsel as well as the Mediator has been placed on record. Perused contents of said pursis. As the settlement appears to be reasonable, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Pursis. Parties to act accordingly.
