DATED : 19-07-2018 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 216 of 2018 registered with Police Station Akot File for offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 417, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The registration of offences is on the basis of report dated 03-6-2018 lodged by the complainant. Perusal of the report would reveal that the accusation against the present applicant is that he was in a relationship with the complainant since five years and though he promised to marry the complainant, he went back on the promise.

In the light of the accusations and the material on record, the interim order dated 02-7-2018 is confirmed. JUDGE adgokar
