As the amount is deposited, the interim order granted on 29th August, 2013 shall continue till the disposal of the appeal.

Considering the facts of the case, the respondent No.1-claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants along with interest on it, if any, on filing undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that the respondent No.1-claimant will re-deposit the amount with the Registry of this Court in case this Court concludes that the respondent/ claimant is not entitled for the amount withdrawn by him.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
