This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondent no.1-claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation, 50% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court and the balance 50% on furnishing usual undertaking.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
Civil Application No.3596/2017 This is an application for grant of stay.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The learned counsel for the appellant makes a statement that the amount has already been deposited in this Court. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the stay is granted to the execution of the judgment and Award dated 18.3.2013 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in L.A.C. No.40/2005, till the final disposal of the appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.
