Learned counsel for the applicants has brought to my notice that by order dated 20.11.2019 this Court had allowed the applicants to delete the name of the respondent No. 3, who had expired during the pendency of the appeal.

It is seen that pursuant to the said order, cause title was also amended. However, due to a typographical error, in the order dated 20.01.2020, the amount of compensation along with accrued interest is ordered to be paid to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 i.e. including respondent No. 3 whose name is already deleted. Hence, necessary correction be made in Order dated 20.01.2020 by deleting Nos. 1 to 4 and adding Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and deleting the words "Duryodhan Balki" in 5th and 6th lines of para 2 of the said order.

Necessary correction be carried out in the order.
