The submission is that by virtue of the resolution passed in the meeting held on 24th February 2012, the Petitioners were appointed as Assistant Teachers in open category and that this was in pursuance of the Government Resolution dated 26th September 2000 and yet the Petitioners are being required to produce caste validity certificate. 3.

Issue notice for final disposal at admission stage to the Respondents, returnable on 7th August 2019. 4.

Meanwhile, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause - (3) of the Petition until further orders. 5.

Stand over to 7th August 2019.
