Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for permitting her to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. For which, learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection to the withdrawal of 75% of the amount out of the said compensation amount.

Considering the reason disclosed in the application, as well as no objection of learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. 3.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount out of the total amount on furnishing the usual undertaking.

4. Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the 75% amount, along with the accrued interest thereon, to

2 12 caf 2838-2023.odt the bank account of the applicant upon her furnishing an undertaking, as well as her bank account details, to the Registry.

FIRST APPEAL STAMP NO. 14213 OF 2023 Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks two weeks' time to submit the pursis as per the order dated 07/10/2023, by way of last chance time, as prayed, is granted.
