This Court was not inclined to grant bail.

The learned counsel Shri A.S. Thotange seeks leave to withdraw the application.

However, since the applicant is aged 19 years and the offence is under the provisions of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, it is expected that the learned trial Court frames charge within two weeks of the communication of this order and concludes the trial within six months of the framing of charge. If the trial is not concluded within the schedule mandated, it shall be open for the applicant to move afresh for bail.

Subject to the aforesaid directions, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
