DATED : 07-07-2025 Applicant/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have moved this application to permit them to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection for the withdrawal of 50% of the compensation amount. However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application and the finding recorded in the judgment of the Tribunal, I am of the view that the applicants/respondents Nos. 1 to 3 are entitled to withdraw 75% of the awarded amount. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed.

The applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the awarded amount, along with accrued interest thereon. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount to the accounts of applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as per the award within four weeks, upon their furnishing the usual undertaking before the Court and providing their bank account details to the registry.
