As the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal is available, we grant the petitioner time of four weeks to obtain suitable orders from the said authority.

Needless to mention that the said authority shall apply its mind in deciding the matter uninfluenced by the interim order granted by this Court.

The interim order granted by this Court on 31st August, 2015 shall continue for a period of four weeks and shall cease to operate thereafter.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
