Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the F.I.R. and the counter complaint. It is seen from the F.I.R. in this case as well as the counter complaint that due to serious differences of opinion between two sides that the marriage between applicant No.1 and the daughter of the complainant in this case, that was fixed and was to be performed on 13/07/2016, was broken. Both parties are trading allegations against each other and trying to put blame on each other. The complaint in this case has been filed on 09/07/2016, though according to the complainant, it became clear that the marriage was broken on 09/07/2016. The counter complaint has also been filed quite belatedly i.e. on 29/06/2016, although the threats were issued on 09/06/2016.

2/3 In this situation, it is difficult to find out prima facie, who is at fault and who is not, and exactly what offences are prima facie made out. Therefore, I am of the view that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 20/07/2016 by this Court is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. JUDGE *sdw
