The costs of Rs.10,000/- were also imposed upon the respondents. The State Information Commissioner entertained an application for review, and by an order dated 18-2-2009, reduced the costs of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.500/-. This is the subjectmatter of challenge in this petition. None appears for the petitioner as well as for the respondent No.2.
