DATE: 26-06-2018 During the pendency of the Second Appeal the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. As per the terms of settlement the appellant would pay an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh Only) to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The copy of said mutual settlement is placed on record and marked as Document "A" for identification. The appellant as well as the respondents are present in person. Amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- as stated in para-2 of the mutual settlement is handed over to the respondents in the presence of their counsel.

In view of aforesaid, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of mutual settlement dated 14/06/2018. The parties to act accordingly.

Second Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
