In this writ petition it was prayed by the petitioner that the respondent no.2-Collector be directed to decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 27.01.2020. During the pendency of this writ petition, the Collector has decided that application/representation on 12.10.2021. In view of aforesaid the prayers made in the writ petition stand answered. The petitioner however has filed Civil Application (W) No.338/2022 seeking to amend the writ petition for challenging the order dated 12.10.2021. Shri Mayank Dastane, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that the challenge to this order would be required to be decided by learned Single Judge.

In that view of the matter, the following order is passed: (i) Writ Petition No.2941/2021 is disposed of as having served its purpose. (ii) Civil Application Nos. 336/2022 and 338/2022 are disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to independently challenge the order dated 12.10.2021 in accordance with law.
