Our attention has been drawn to order dated 27.07.2022 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.448/2022, which reads thus: "2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal on the ground that it was realized that the concerned vehicle was seized by the Tehsildar. The petitioner also seeks liberty to approach to the Division Bench by filing civil writ petition for its redressal." 3.
Despite the said order, the petitioner has filed Criminal Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a request to convert the present criminal writ petition into civil writ petition and direct the registry to place it before the appropriate bench. 5.
The petition be treated as Civil Writ Petition. Registry to place the matter before the appropriate bench.
