On the objection raised by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that for the reliefs claimed in this writ petition the petitioner had earlier instituted Writ Petition No.8542 of 2018 which was disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.06.2022 and as such the present writ petition would not be maintainable, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
