DATE : 29/09/2021 Mr. Shingane learned counsel for intervenors submits that the obstruction to the road as directed by the Tahsildar in the order dated 31.1.2000 was already removed on 20.2.2020, whereas the order granting stay by this Court came to be passed on 26.2.2020, in view of which, the contempt petition itself is not tenable.

Mr. Dhande learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that in view of the decision in WP No. 1048/20, delivered today on 29/09/2021, he would not be pressing the contempt petition.
