By the present application, the amendment is sought in the petition by adding paragraph and the consequent prayer clause. Submission in the application is the facts seeking such amendment born out of the material placed on record and no prejudice would be caused to the other side. For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the application is allowed.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
