Lodha, Advocate for Petitioner. Ms Hemlata Jaipurkar, A.G.P. for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. CORAM : A NIL S. KILOR , J.

DATED : JULY 18 , 20 .

1.

The learned A.G.P. has pointed out that the petitioner has erred in directly approaching this Court bypassing the alternate remedy available to him, therefore, this petition needs to be dismissed.

2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputing the same and fairly states that the grounds raised in the present petition can also be raised before the Appellate/ Revisional Authority.

3.

In the circumstances, as the alternate remedy is available, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before appropriate forum, as permissible in law.

4.

All the points are kept open.
