Shri Wankhade, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has deposited the costs of Rs.1,000/- with the Vidharba Lady Lawyers' Association Nagpur, as directed by this Court on 13.01.2021. 3.

After hearing the matter for some time, Shri Wankhade, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application filed by the co-accused was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court, as this Court was not inclined to grant bail. He further seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Permission is granted.
