/07 /202 Present application is filed by respondent No.3 to release the amount as per his name on Adhar Card. It appears that matter was disposed of in Lok Adalat dated 11/02/2023 and appeal was withdrawn by appellant/company. By this order respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 has granted liberty to withdraw the amount. However, it appears that there is some mistake in the name of respondent No.3., instead of 'Kshitij' it was written as 'Chhitij'.

The application is supported by affidavit and documents like Adhar Card and Bank Pass Book details, so also School Leaving Certificate.

As such, I do not see any impediment in allowing the application. Accordingly, application is allowed. 4.

Nazir is hereby directed to release the amount in the share of respondent No.3, within a period of three weeks.

The applicant is permitted to correct the name in claim petition.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a week.

7.

Amount shall be disburse in the same ratio as decided by the Trial Court.

8.

Application stands disposed of.
