Learned Advocate for the appellant has submitted that V.I.D.C. has withdrawn First Appeal No. 1007 of 2013. The appellant/claimant is getting amount as per the award passed by Reference Court. The appellant is ready to accept amount awarded by Reference Court. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further.
