Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The pursis dated 18-10-2022 filed on behalf of the respondent is taken on record.

This Court, by the order dated 6-10-2022, has expressed an opinion that the fate of the petitioner would depend upon the result of the re-sit examination, which he had taken under the order of this Court passed on 9-8-2022. Accordingly, we had directed the respondent- College to declare the result of the petitioner. The result

We, therefore, direct the respondent- College to grant admission to the petitioner to the VIIth Semester of the Course, in which he is pursuing his studies currently.

The petition is disposed of as having served it's purpose. 6.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
