The application is for speaking to minutes. The present application is filed by the applicant stating that in order dated 11.07.2023 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No.360/2023 inadvertently in clause (ii) of operative portion of the order it is mentioned that "the applicant is released in the event arrest". Infact the present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal procedure. Inadvertently, in operative operation clause (ii) it is mentioned that 'in the event of arrest' instead of it operative order clause (ii) be corrected as "(ii) The applicant- Ramjan Abbas S/o Mohd. Sheikh be released on bail in Crime No.328/2022 registered at Police Station Wathoda, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on he executing PR bond in the sum of 25,000/- with one surety in the like ₹ amount."
