The appellant, Shri Dhananjay Bhalchandra Damle along with his counsel Shri S.R. Deshpande, is present. Shri Vijay R. Sawatkar, Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., along with his counsel Shri D.N. Kukday for Respondent No. 3 is present. Shri C.A. Anthony, counsel for respondent No.4 is present.

Shri S.R. Deshpande, learned counsel for appellant has submitted that matter is settled between the parties i.e. the appellant and respondent No.3. He also submitted that the respondent No.3 agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- within four weeks. The Manager of Oriental Insurance Company is present and admitted the contents of Pursis. The Pursis is taken on record, which is marked as "X" for identification.

Respondent No.4 is the formal party. None appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
