Dated : 11th February, 2019 The petitioner claims the relief of direction to the respondents to reinstate him in the service with continuity and full back wages. He has placed on record a copy of the order dated 13-10-2017 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Akola, marked as 'X' for identification, reinstating the petitioner in service with continuity, but without any back wages. The back wages are denied on the ground of "No Work, No Pay". The petitioner desires to make a representation for release of back wages and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
