DATED : SEPTEMBER 03, 2019 This is an application for condonation of delay of 6 days in filing the application for restoration of appeal. The appeal pertaining to the year 2015 and which stood dismissed on failure in filing private paper book.

The learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that the paper book is kept ready and that in the interest of justice the application may be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the appeal is restored subject to the learned counsel for the applicant filing private paper book within a period of two weeks from today.
