CIVIL APPLICATION 798 OF 2022 This application is preferred by respondent 14 seeking vacation of stay.

However, since by allowing Civil Application 1719/2022, respondent 14 is deleted, and the interim order as such would cease to operate as against her, this

WRIT PETITION 7002 OF 2019 The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in so far as 39 respondents whose names are mentioned in List Annexure-M to the petition, since the proceedings before the Forum have culminated and execution proceedings are pending, the aforesaid respondents be deleted from the array of respondents, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the contention raised in the petition in the execution proceedings. Keeping open every contention raised by the petitioner in the present petition, respondents 23 to 61 stand deleted from the array of respondents.
