Respondent no.3 has filed reply affidavit. Learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. Bade, learned Advocate are seeking time to file reply.

Mr. A.Y. Kapgate, learned Advocate for petitioners, is opposing the request. He points out that this Court has issued bailable warrant on 23.6.2017.

Respondent no.4 has filed Civil Application No. 1455/17 for recalling that order.

As respondent no.4 has appeared in person and is seeking time to file reply, order dated 23.6.2017 is recalled.
