This is an application for direction to deposit correct decretal amount in this Court. This application is filed by the respondents No.1-a to 1-c / the legal representatives of original claimants.

The appellant - Executive Engineer, VIDC Medium Project Division, Civil Lines, Nagpur is represented by Shri Chandurkar, learned counsel, whereas respondents No.2 to 4 are represented by Shri M.A.Kadu, learned AGP. 3.

Shri Chopde, learned counsel filed the calculation sheet separately. On last date, the learned counsel Shri Chandurkar took time to file reply to this application and to submit the calculations made by the appellant. Accordingly, the reply is filed on record along with calculation sheet. As

14-caf-2018-2021.odt per the calculations done by the appellant, the appellant is required to deposit Rs.32,55,423/- towards remaining decretal amount.

The learned counsel for the claimant Shri Chopde submits that the calculation furnished by the appellant - VIDC is correct and that is acceptable and it is accepted by the claimants.

In view of the above, the appellant is directed to deposit Rs.32,55,423/- which is the remaining decretal amount within a period of three months from today. 6.

The application is disposed of.
