By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1-Member, Industrial Court, Bhandara to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner as early as possible. We find that the complaint has been filed in the year 2014. Due to the heavy pendency of the cases, a direction, as sought by the petitioner, cannot be granted. The learned Member, Industrial Court, Bhandara is expected to take up the case as per its turn.

Order accordingly. No costs.
