Heard Shri Puri, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is to the non-compliance of the order dated 03.08.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 701 of 2020 by which the respondents were directed to take a decision on the application of the petitioner for grant of permission to sell his land according to the provisions of the law, within a period of two months from the date of order. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of which disobedience is alleged, has now been complied.

In this view of the matter, Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly.
