DATED : 09-07-2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the balance amount of compensation lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, as the appeal was dismissed on 17-02-2025, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon. 3.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the balance amount along with accrued interest thereon to the Reference Court, Buldhana, for its disbursement.

The Reference Court, Buldhana, is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the applicant/respondent No.1, upon his furnishing the bank account details to it.
