Looking to the order passed by the respondent No.2- Commissioner. As the innocuous order, which we intend to pass. Issuance of notice to the respondent No.5, therefore, the same is dispensed with.

We direct Ms. Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Our attention is invited to the pending Appeal Nos.117/2023 and 91/2023 on the file of respondent No.2 - Commissioner, State Excise, Prity

In that view of the matter, we direct the petitioner to appear before the appellate authority on 21.07.2025.

The respondent No.2 - Commissioner, shall make every endeavour to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months, needless to state that the same shall in accordance with provisions of law and hearing all the stakeholders.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
