It appears that as there is no compliance of order dated 22/01/2021 passed by this Court, further six months' time was granted to file paper book by the order dated 20/10/2021 passed by this Court subject to deposit of costs of Rs. 1,000/-, which was fixed for July, 2022.

However, till today, the said order is not complied with. The appellant has neither filed the paper book nor deposited the costs of Rs. 1,000/- as per direction.

In view thereof, two weeks' time is granted by way of last chance. Failure to submit the paper book and acknowledgment regarding payment of costs of Rs. 1,000/-, matter will be dismissed without reference to the Court.
