CORAM : A NIL S. KILOR , J.

DATED : AUGUST 18 , 20 .

C IVIL APPLN.NO.1844/2022 .

1.

Considering the nature of the grievance raised in this petition by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the prayer for intervention made by the applicant in this application cannot be entertained at this stage. 2.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is rejected. WRIT PETITION NO. 4789/2022.

3.

Heard.

4.

This matter pertains to transfer. The stay initially granted by the Industrial Court was subsequently vacated by rejecting the application Exh.U-2. This Court, however, protected the petitioner by directing the parties to maintain status quo vide order dated 11/08/2022. As such, from last one year the petitioner is working at Ashti in Bhatkuli Panchayat Samiti.

2 75-WP4789-2022 5.

It is informed that the main complaint, which is pending before the Industrial Court, is now fixed for recording the evidence and the same can be decided within few months.

6.

In that view of the matter, without going into the merits, I am of the opinion that this matter can be decided by directing the Industrial Court to decide the complaint expeditiously. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

i) The Writ Petition is disposed of.

ii) The Industrial Court is directed to decide Complaint (ULP) No.61 of 2021 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within six months from today.

iii) Till then the order of status-quo dated 11/08/2022 shall continue.

JUDGE RRaut..
