The present application is moved by the original claimants, who are the present respondent nos.2 to 6 for transmission of amounts of enhanced compensation of Rs.5,09,448/- and Rs.10,14,852/- to the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal('MACT'), Gadchiroli. 3.

The learned Counsel for the aforesaid respondents submits that the claimants are residing in remote village in Gadchiroli district, and therefore, it is difficult for them to come to Nagpur.

Learned Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company has no objection for such transmission. 5.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed and the Registry is directed to transmit the amounts of enhanced compensation in this matter, deposited by the appellant/ Insurance Company under Pursis dated 28.03.2024 to the concerned MACT, Gadchiroli along with the accrued interest thereon till

On receipt of such amounts by the concerned MACT Gadchiroli, it is to be disbursed to the aforesaid respondents/claimants as per the apportionment done by the concerned MACT, after due verification.
