The petitioner was employed as Peon with Bhandara District Central Cooperative Bank, Branch at Sangali. It is the contention of the petitioner that she has been physically, mentally and economically harassed by the Manager. The petitioner put the grievances to State Woman's Commission, Central SCST Commission and to the concerned Police. 3.

So far as the grievances about sexual harassment, the petitioner may approach to the Internal Grievance Committee. It reveals that the petitioner has filed application to the police for taking cognizance on 13/04/2023. But the petitioner has not applied to the Higher Authorities of Police.
