This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 556 days caused in seeking review of the order dated 26.02.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.6874/2016.

While considering the reasons canvassed for condonation of delay, we have also examined the subject matter of review.

Writ Petition was filed by State of Maharashtra claiming exception to the orders dated 28.07.2015 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative

Order 1712cao749-21 Tribunal in Original Application No.122/2010. The Tribunal has restored the order of granting time bound pay scale of Display Compositor to respondent/ nonapplicant under Time Bound Promotion Scheme. 4.

We have gone through the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition of which review is sought. So also we have gone through the application seeking review and find that all such pleas which were raised before this Court while deciding Writ Petition, have been reiterated. This Court has already taken a view by taking into consideration all grounds for review that the respondent / non-applicant is entitled for higher pay scale under time bound promotion scheme.

The scope of review is very limited and by no stretch of imagination it can be converted into an appeal. No case is made out for review. We also do not find sufficient cause to condone the delay. In view of this, both the applications i.e. Civil Application as also Misc. Civil Application stand rejected. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
