DATED : 29-01-2019 Learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this petition contending that challenge in this petition is to registration of First Information Report and during pendency of same this petitioner has already filed application for quashing of charge-sheet which is registered as Application No. 105 of 2018, petitioner therefore, seeks leave to withdraw Writ Petition No. 597 of 2017, being rendered infructuous.

In the circumstances, leave as prayed is allowed. Writ Petition No. 597 of 2017 stands disposed of as dismissed since allowed to be withdrawn.
