23.07.2024 By the present applications, the petitioner is seeking to condone the delay of 164 days in filing application for restoration of contempt petition and also its restoration. Counsel for the petitioner submits that if the contempt petition is restored, she will remove office objections within seven working days. She further undertakes to attend the matter diligently.

On the basis of assurance so given, the delay as requested is condoned. Order dated 08.01.2024 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. Contempt Petition Stamp No. 20584/2023 is restored on file. The petitioner shall remove office objections within seven working days, failing which the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), dismissing the contempt petition, shall stand restored.
