In the present matter, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant on last date sought discharge as he is not in receipt of instructions in the matter. Therefore, this Court issued notice on the applicant to engage another Counsel in the matter. However, the office note shows that the notice issued on the applicant on his given address, received back unserved for want of correct address.
