Challenge in writ petition is to increase in the standards for admission to Nursing Course. Earlier the standard was 10th pass and it has been now modified to 12th pass, since last two years.

Order 2804wp4590.13 instructions submits that petitioners have got students and course is being run smoothly. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the grievance in relation to these standards, if occasion arise hereafter.

Request of withdraw of petition is opposed by respective counsel appearing for respondents. 5.
Petitioners before this Court are all institutes, which are running the courses. Any individual student has not come up before this Court and challenge the said enhancement of educational qualification.

As such, with liberty to the aggrieved individuals to raise appropriate grievance, if it arises in future, we dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn. No costs.
