The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner No.1 - Society had filed a Writ Petition along with Petitioner No.2 in respect of relief which was primarily for Petitioner No.2 based on certain position of law. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioner No.2 is no longer in the employment of Petitioner No.1 and therefore, the Petition need not be prosecuted any further.
