The father of the petitioner left for heavenly abode on 19.04.2018. While he was in the employment, suffered a paralysis attack resulting into issuance of the disability certificate on 09.10.2013.

Based on the aforesaid contention, after the father of the petitioner was medically unfit to discharge the duties, the petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment.
