By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of the amount. The application is filed only by original claimant Nos.2 to 6. The legal representatives of original claimant No.7 are also entitled to receive compensation along with the original claimant Nos.2 to 6. 2.

Hence, 50% of the compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body along with proportionate interest accrued thereon is ordered to be paid to Respondent Nos.2 to 7, subject to an undertaking that the amount with interest will be refunded in the event, the appellant succeeds in the appeal.
