These 3 applications are taken up together and .....2/-

are disposed of by this common order since these applications for grant of anticipatory bail arise out of same Crime No.369/2019 registered with Pulgaon Police Station, District Wardha.

Applicants in Criminal Application No.456/2019 are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of complainant. Applicants in Criminal Application No.457/2019 are brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and father-in-law of complainant.

Whereas, applicant in Criminal Application No.458/2019 is husband of complainant.

First Information Report lodged by Nilisha Yogendra Wagde is that when she was carrying pregnancy, she was taken to a doctor and against her wish tablets were given to her, resulting into her mis-carriage. First Information Report shows that some matrimonial dispute was going on between husband and wife.

In Criminal Application No.456/2019, first informant is joined as party. Notices were issued. In pursuance to the said, she entered her appearance through her Advocate Shri R.S.Kurekar. Today, she is present and tendered her affidavit which is taken on record. 5.

According to the first informant, she resolved her dispute with applicants in these 3 applications. 6.

Be that as it may, the prosecution has not pointed out any reason for custodial presence of present applications.

This Court (Coram : Manish Pitale, J.) on 10.7.2019 granted ad interim anticipatory bail in favour of present applicants.

In this view of the matter, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Criminal Applications are allowed.

(ii) Order dated 10.7.2019 granting ad interim anticipatory bail is confirmed.

(iii) Criminal applications stand disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
